For families who hire a caregiver directly
You found a good caregiver on your own. SeenTo shows you, after every visit, that she arrived, what got done and what your mother chose to skip. It also keeps you on the right side of the rules that come with being an employer.
Free for your caregiver. No agency in the middle. Opening first in New Jersey.

Hiring directly lets you pay a caregiver better and still spend less. What you give up is the agency watching. SeenTo puts that back, in your hands.
How it works
Pick what each visit should cover from a ready list, and what "done" means for each. Your mother can add to it from the same list, the night before or while her caregiver is there.
Your caregiver taps in when she arrives and out when she leaves. Her location is read at those two moments only, and on errands with your mother.
She marks each task as it goes and photographs the work itself: the folded laundry, the clean counter. Never your mother. The app refuses those photos.
You and your brothers and sisters get one short summary after each visit, showing only what your mother has agreed to share.
Honest by design
When your mother turns down the walk, it's recorded as her decision. It never counts against the caregiver, and you see the difference.
A photo is asked for only when a task is marked fully done. Saying "I ran out of detergent" is always quicker than pretending.
Each photo is checked against the task it claims and against earlier photos, so a reused picture stands out. A check is a prompt to look, never a verdict on her.
If there's no check-in by 30 minutes after the start, you get a text, with your backup caregivers one tap away.
Your caregiver writes a line at the end of the visit, in her own language. You read it in yours, with anything worth acting on picked out.
Your mother can ask for anything on her list from her own simple app, ahead of time or on the day. Her caregiver sees the request at once and answers yes, or not today and why. A request that doesn't fit in the time never counts against her.
Trips to the doctor or the pharmacy log their own miles, so reimbursing your caregiver is a number, not a guess.
Doing it right
Household employers owe Social Security and Medicare taxes once they pay one worker $3,000 in a year (IRS, 2026). New Jersey's Domestic Workers' Bill of Rights adds a written agreement, a notice of rights, set breaks and notice before ending the job. Most families find out after the fact.
For caregivers
A good caregiver is hard to find. SeenTo is built so she wants to use it.
Families pay. Caregivers never do.
Every hour, break and mile she worked, kept for her, whoever she works for next.
No tracking between visits. No audio, no video, ever.
When the client says no, the record says so. Her good work is on the record too.
Founding family pricing
Families on the waitlist keep this price for as long as they stay.
One caregiver, everything in How it works, the whole family on one account. Timesheets and a payment log for cash, Venmo, Zelle or checks, with a year-end summary.
Everything in Family, plus payroll: she's paid from approved timesheets and the employer taxes are filed for you. Several caregivers and backups, and the job agreement for your state.
We're opening state by state, starting with New Jersey. Tell us where your parent lives and we'll write when SeenTo is ready there.
Yes. She signs in on her own phone and sees exactly what is recorded and when. Location is read only at check-in, check-out and on errands with your parent, and only after she has been given written notice.
No. SeenTo never records audio or video, and it refuses photographs of the person being cared for. The only photos are of finished work.
No. On the Household plan, SeenTo pays your caregiver from the timesheets you approve, and our payroll partner withholds and files the employer taxes and sends her W-2. Already have a payroll service? Family exports approved hours to it.
Yes. Record each payment however you made it, and she confirms it in her app, so there's never a question about what was paid. SeenTo keeps a running total for the year and tells you before it reaches $3,000, the 2026 point where Social Security and Medicare taxes apply (IRS). The rules depend on how much you pay, not how you pay it.
Yes. She has her own simple view of her visits, she can ask for anything on her task list before or during a visit, and she decides what her family sees. If she changes her mind, the next summary follows her wishes.
